Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for people who love kids, and whose hearts are broken for children who have experienced relationship-induced trauma in their lives, because we know that trauma that happened in relationship is healed in relationship. Loving these campers, and working with them in special ways, is unique to any other kind of service. We train our volunteers on what to expect and how to handle the situations that might arise, but mostly we ask that you come with an open and gentle heart for loving on these kids who have had it so hard through no fault of their own.
Volunteers who spend the week at camp (new and returning) are required by the national office to have a level 3 background check as well as an interview and 12 hours of training per year.
